Chemical Composition.
The product composition is proprietary, but is not flammable, or hazardous, and contains no solvents or VOCs (LEED 4.1, tested to CDPH Standard Method v1.2-2017, Section 01350 standards), contains no resin, polymers, waxes, acrylics, chlorinated rubbers, or otherwise toxic, dangerous, or hazardous materials.
This product has a high pH, with an average pH of 10.9, this product is not corrosive.

First-Aid Measures.
This Product Is Alkaline and Drying.
P264: Wash skin thoroughly after handling.
P280: Wear protective gloves, clothing, eye and face protection.
P362: Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
P303*351*353: IF ON SKIN (Or hair) — Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water, or shower.
P337*313: If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice or attention.
P337*338: IF IN EYES — Rinse continuously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easily removed, continue rinsing.

Fire-Fighting Measures.
The product is not flammable, and treated materials become less flammable.
This product is a moderate flame retardant.

Accidental Release Measures.
This product has an average pH of 10.9, and is not toxic to wildlife.
Discharge of this product to sewage treatment is dependent on local regulations with regards to pH controls.
Use liquid-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and eye protection when handling any large spills.
If spilled on any polished metal surface, glass, or aluminum clean up immediately as etching can occur.
If spilled on clean concrete any excess product can then be applied according to our Existing Concrete Application instructions HERE, however if the concrete is not free of contaminants or salts then wash all product off with water.

Handling - Care - Storage.
Ensure that all opened containers are closed after opening.
Prevent contaminants from entering any containers.
This product does not need to be aggregated unless it has previously been frozen.

Personal Protection.
Wear protective safety glasses or disposable eye protection.
Wear disposable Nitrile gloves or gloves that are washable and that are not liquid permeable.
Limit exposure to bare skin with protective clothing to prevent any skin irritation or drying.
No respiratory protection needed during or after application.
No ventilation is needed after product application.
