Finish and Cure with One Coat.
Spray-on after screeding.
Prevent surface cracks and cure in one spray-on coat.
Works Through Chemistry.
Works by reacting with the alkalis in cement. This cures it and prevents surface cracking.
White staining (Efflorescence) is also stopped after this reaction.
This reaction also adds chemical resistance.
How To Apply:
On Broom Finish:
Improves: Workability and finishing.
Reduces: Non-structural shrinkage cracks.
Notice: Not for use on existing concrete previously exposed to deicing salts.
Broom Finish Instructions:
Spray the product at 300 square feet per US gallon (7.4 square meters per liter) across the entire surface just after screeding the surface.
For larger pours, apply the product after you screed each section.
Once applied, quickly work all product in with 4 passes of your concrete float.
Instead of using water, spray a bit more product if workability is needed.
After finishing, do not apply more product.
Second Coat:
Note: Wait until the day after finishing before following these instructions:
Vacuum up any dust in saw cuts.
Spray the product at a rate of 200 square feet per US gallon (4.9 square meters per liter) across the entire surface once finishing is done.
After applying, check the surface every 10 minutes for puddles, use a microfiber mop or roller to spread out the puddles until they stop appearing.
Apply extra coats if needed, checking that each coat has fully dried before applying the next.
Finishing and Painting:
Treated concrete can have adhesives, coatings, or paints applied without removing the coating.
On Power Trowel:
Improves: Workability and finishing.
Reduces: Non-structural shrinkage cracks, dusting.
Power Trowel Instructions:
Spray the product at 300 square feet per US gallon (7.4 square meters per liter) across the entire surface right before you start the power trowel.
For larger pours, apply the product after you screed each section.
Once applied, quickly work all product in with 4 passes of your concrete float.
Instead of using water, spray a bit more product if workability is needed.
After finishing, do not apply more product.
Second Coat:
Vacuum up any dust in saw cuts.
Spray the product at 400 square feet per US gallon (9.8 square meters per liter).
After applying, check the surface every 10 minutes for puddles, use a microfiber mop to spread out the puddles until they stop appearing.
Apply extra coats if needed, checking that each coat has fully dried before applying the next.
Finishing and Painting:
Treated concrete can have adhesives, coatings, or paints applied without removing the coating.
Dust-proofing:
For quick dust-proofing, you can burnish the surface to get a permanent shine right away, otherwise the surface will become dust-proof over time with foot and vehicle traffic (usually after 1-2 years).
