Orders are prepaid.
We do not offer delayed payment terms.
Order Processing & Shipping
Product ships on weekdays only.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time usually ship the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time usually ship the next business day
Warehouse pickup can usually be arranged with 3–4 hours' notice.
We currently ship from Edmonton, Alberta (more locations coming soon).
Shipping Method & Transit Times
We use an aggregation of LTL shipping carriers through Freightera out of Toronto.
All shipping is sent using the fastest option available by default.
Typical delivery times:
- Alberta: 1–2 days
- BC and Saskatchewan: 2–4 days
- Toronto: up to 7–8 days
Transit times vary by destination, border crossings (if applicable), and when the product actually leaves our facilities (for example delays because the same-day shipping window has passed).
Shipping Cost and Availability
Shipping is free on full pallet orders and IBC totes (36 pails minimum).
Larger orders may be split into multiple shipments if the full quantity is not in stock at the time of shipment free of charge.
We normally carry enough product for at least 1,000,000 square feet of concrete coverage per warehouse location at any given time.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are generally accurate.
In our experience, delivery is usually within about a 1–2 day variance from the estimated date shown.
