To cure, harden, and densify your concrete floors using Protec III: Original:

1. Apply the product at a rate of 400 square feet per US gallon (9.8 square meters per liter) across the entire surface once finishing is complete.
2. No additional steps like scrubbing, cleaning, or sealing are required. There's no need to apply and then remove a sealer. Protec III: Original handles curing, hardening, and dust-proofing in one step.
3. After application, check the surface every 10 minutes and spread out any puddles until most of the product has been absorbed.

Dust-Proofing and Densifying Flatwork Floors:

To add extra strength and dust-proofing to your finished floors:

1. Clean all saw cuts by vacuuming up the dust.
2. Apply Protec III: Original at the same rate of 400 square feet per US gallon (9.8 square meters per liter).
3. Monitor the surface every 10 minutes after each application, spreading out any puddles until the product has absorbed.
4. Apply additional coats as desired, ensuring each coat is fully absorbed and dried before applying the next.
5. Immediately ready for use: Your floor is usable as soon as the product has been absorbed.

Additional Details:

1. No washing is required before applying more coats. Since Protec III: Original is non-membrane forming, simply vacuuming up the dust on your floor is sufficient.
2. Achieving a dust-proof surface: The concrete will become dust-proof over time with regular traffic polishing the floor. For immediate results, you can burnish the surface to create a permanent shine.
