Works Through Chemistry.
Works by reacting with the alkalis in cement. This cures it and prevents surface cracking.
White staining (Efflorescence) is also stopped after this reaction.
How To Apply:
On Commercial:
Improves: Workability and finishing.
Reduces: Non-structural shrinkage cracks.
Standard Instructions:
Spray the product at a rate of 400 square feet per US gallon (9.8 square meters per liter) across the entire surface once finishing is done.
For extra fast drying, apply the product within 20 minutes or less after finishing each area.
After applying, check the surface every 10 minutes for puddles, use a microfiber mop to spread out the puddles until they stop appearing.

Second Coat:
Vacuum up any dust from saw cuts.
Spray Protec III: Original at a rate of 400 square feet per US gallon (9.8 square meters per liter).

Apply extra coats if needed, checking that each coat has fully dried before applying the next.
Finishing and Painting:
Treated concrete can have adhesives, coatings, or paints applied without removing the coating.
Dust-proofing:
For quick dust-proofing, you can burnish the surface to get a permanent shine right away, otherwise the surface will become dust-proof over time with foot and vehicle traffic (usually after 1-2 years).
